I am a passionate baker and fervent wedding cake maker. I work from home which helps to maintain modest costings for my customers.

I love being part of the magical puzzle that comes together along with the
2 mammoth yet minute words 'I do'.
I love it when couples want a level of representation of themselves shown
in their cake and I help them fulfil that with a personable and customised approach.

I think the cake has to be a true master of all centrepieces and literally stop the flow of guests on the big day to get the 'wow factor' showstopper envy.
